Opting for shared plates paired with a specialty cocktail program, we want to create a sense of community among The Slate Denver's visitors. The menu includes local ingredients and a contemporary take on classic dishes. Our mixologists will wow you with hand-crafted, creative cocktails featuring local spirits and house-made mixers. The Emily is the property's signature apple-themed cocktail.
